This round-about is currently open in all directions. I just drove through it today.

Mount Pleasant (TR7) closed & Mayfair/Pittsburg with detour via Orion for construction of roundabout. Construction projected to finish November/December 2023.

This road is called Merrimack Way and does not show up in search. The road has been here for about 9 years.

There's a new city park located here called "Becker Community Park."

COMMUNITY PARK
This park is located on the Becker Community Center campus and has a lot of features for people looking to get active. Some of the features are listed below. Currently this park features a full size basketball court, pickle ball courts and a splash pad water feature. Remember equipment for the pickle ball courts can be rented at the Great River Library located within the community Center.
