Both Address data and Tiger 2022 show this street as being spelled "Restfull"... Is this misspelling also on the ground?

The county addresses have this road named "Russel Court East" which disagrees with the road name in OSM. Can someone local confirm what the road is actually named? Streetside imagery is too blurry to make out.

Hi! 4430 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510 is the new location of a Citizens branch. Can you please note this in all applicable OSM maps, including those used by Lyft drivers? Also, the old Citizens location at 4265 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510 can be removed. It's no longer a Citizens location. Thank you!
