It is possible it is too new for TIGER to pick up yet, but the street "Emma Lou Lane Northwest" really exists, I also checked county records and a free city map of Bemidji I found in a PDF, it's hard to see it as it is a small road

Yes there is a road by the name Emma Lou Lane West as of 2 months ago, if you go down Big North Road Northwest you should be able to see a street sign visible on mapillary view or bing mapview with that name, it's a dirt road and probably relatively new too, in fact as of my last visit about 1 month ago, I indeed saw a street sign with that name and noted it down, while it's true I may of not visited all the streets with street signs, I did for this one, I frequent the area so I know this also from local knowledge.
