I can't see if there's actually a curb or other barrier other than paint that separates the bike path and the walk path, but if there is no separation, should this parallel walk path be here and simply also tag the bike path with foot=designated or something?

two issues: this is not a roundabout and if it were it's still not quite tagged correctly. Also the cyclists and pedestrians are expected to share the same path, they should not have separate geometries drawn...
