more street alignment, tagging updates, added casey's and a few buildings

align steampunk building with now available satellite imagery. Durbar Bistro shares building with a pending Dominos, at least they have a sign there, unsure if it's open yet. Durbar is still there.

update insurance agency with additional data to address osm notes and make it into a standard countrywide brand
