fc bridge center moved here, added some addresses from larimer county property records

business update from o'reilly's pending arrival... not really. The building still looks empty but the signs indicating they're coming is still there.

added start_date as it seems to be in the history of this feature

added apartment complex name/corrected address to resolve osm note

added road name for osm note. Also added details to the hotel

marked office that was missing building tag and made sure sidewalk didn't cross that building
