There's a duplication of this section of Rosie Hacket Bridge one way on top of another. There are different relations associated with each of the duplicates so I can't just delete one of them. Could someone local have a look please?

Isn't the N31 supposed to be one-way road for cars from Old Dunleary Road to the Blackrock turn at the end of Seapoint Avenue since the introduction of the cycle lane?
