Neiss Rd is a historical name dating back to when there was a (controversial) lot split. Today, legal parcels along this road are recognized as being on Oceanview Avenue by the county.

This is still part of Oceanview Ave. Stardust Ln is south of Oceanview Ave despite contrary labeling in outdated, imported data. Residents on this road all have had Oceanview Ave addresses assigned by the county.
