Man sieht es auf Esri Luftbild das es eine DVOR ist. Man sieht die 49 Antennen im Kreis und eine in der Mitte. Das Gitter ist das sogenannte Gegengewicht, was zum Abstrahlen ebenso wichtig ist.

I have corrected beacon:type=VOR;DME to beacon:type=VOR/DME. It is now preferred to the old version. As it is one system with one antenna structure and one transmission container, it is preferred. The term is also frequently used in specialist literature.

Das sich Dinge ändern ist der Lauf der Zeit. Wie das in OSM umgesetzt wird kann man auf der englischen Wiki -Seite unter Lifecycle sehen:

Was mir zuerst aufgefallen ist das die runway mit area=yes kartiert wurde. Diese Möglichkeit wurde, diskutier und zu Gunsten von area:aeroway=runway abgeleht.

Aber jeder Fall ist ja anders.

Die ref Angabe wird aus der Richtung der Startbahn ermittelt. Die 07 ergibt sich aus der Richtung 75° durch Weglassen der Einerstelle und ist immer 2-stellig also mit führender Null. Man kann die Richtung in JOSM unten in der Statusleiste ablesen. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass sie sich auf den magnetischen Norden bezieht, es muss also eine Missweisung bedacht werden. Bei asphaltierten Startbahnen steht es gut sichtbar am Anfang. Maßgebend ist im Endeffekt die offizielle Angabe.
