This parcel belongs to HSV per the current OSM data, and to the state per L3 parcels. HSV is acting like it is theirs (lease/?), so I've left it for now, but it needs figuring out.

It is not clear that this is actually used for forestry, vs being a nature_reserve and conservation land that is named Town Forest.

This is apparently named for someone, and proper naming should be checked.

There are multiple parcels shown on L3 parcels. Needs checking which ones are town owned and which are formally in the forest.

There are a number of parcels on L3 and it is not clear that the OSM geometry matches the parcels that are actually owned by the town and considered part of the forest.

Most of these buildings seem shifted from the 2023 orthos. I realize ortho horizontal is very tricky with objects of varying height, but the MassGIS imagery is generally very good. The original outlines seem to come from the LIDAR-derived MassGIS building layer. Needs digging in by someone who understands the accuracy issues and the various available layers.

These parking areas are really all part of the same thing and should be a relation. However, trying to make a relation in josm gets a complaint about sharing outer ways with other rings. While I view that as a josm bug, it's also wrong that the parking areas overlap and share nodes with the service roads. I detangled a few, but more detangling is needed and then turning this into a relation.

One parking has different access tagging and that seems unlikely to be correct.
