Edited trail I added, tweaked some minor details

Updated building outlines, replaced most building address markers with buildings, updated road and sidewalk layout and classification. I didn't verify the addresses of the markers and just pasted them into the new building areas so they could be wrong.

Added new building extension to RMS. It can be found in newer aerial imagery.

Added missing trail to Hartman Park
