Add ATM and outdoor seating to The Point Market. Also merge the POI with the building itself.

Delete last remaining vestiges of JUMP bikes in SC. These were pulled out in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. No plans to replace them that I know of, so just remove all instances of them.

Add more details to parking lots along West Cliff. Fill in more attributes (from aerial & street-level imagery) and update types to be `street_side` in most cases. Also delete redundant ones and add a few missing ones.

Fix up area near Branciforte Dog Park. Improve the street_side parking area, remove redundant tracks, correct the size and location of the dogpark along with adding some attributes.

Track road didn't run to the street, actually connects to a driveway, so added that.

Replace Seabright Brewery with the Seabright Social as it's now called and update hours.
