Changed vehicle access restriction tag from "designated" to "destination"; added corresponding road signage

Added correct one-way restriction for Otenbruch reversing track loop, plus associated acces restriction/signage "Lieferverkehr frei" from the loop section onto the parking lot.

Moved bus stop 'Fußhollen Ort' from wrong location on 'Zum Hofbach' and adjusted routing of bus line 534 accordingly. Note this stop also serves school bus line 592 (SA), as per both RSVG service plans and actual bus stop signage.
