This says park, but the satellite photo shows a building. Is the park just shown in the wrong place?

The road on this marker is named Rustling Oaks Drive, it runs from Walker Cemetery Road until it ends at Miller Woodson Road. Again, the road where the marker is at, is NOT part of Miller Woodson Road ; this is Rustling Oaks Drive.
