Same person from nearby post, anyways, I found that the Dedham St. interchange or exit 11C will only be a half-diamond and will open sometime in 2022. Credit goes to MassDOT and malmeroads.net. In the other post next to the other one, credit goes to Wikipedia.

This major road labeled School House Road does NOT exist and should be removed. The dashed trail does exist and is the old School House Road. It is a dirt/gravel trail now. The small road labeled Schoolhouse Road is correct, but should end by going straight and intersecting and ending at the School House Road dashed trail. The School House Road trail is correct.
