cleanup needed here.
i started to de-overlap the park from backyards and more.
address nodes well displaced from the appropriate houses
residential area does not include complete properties.
my fixup to the park boundary is imprecise as i cannot tell with certainty where backyards end without a clear fence visible.
will mapping never end??!?!??
