Bike shop changed hands. Details updated. It's technically open til 6pm on Th-Fr but I couldn't see a way to do complex hours.

Adding bike parking. Cleaned up geometry to allow clean placement. Parcel 6 construction complete. Should that feature get removed at some point? Map is dense!

I merged some sections to try to set this as long-term closed due to DOT having to demo and replace the bridge in goes under. But I'm not sure how this approach fits in with OSM norms. I looked in docs for closing cycletracks and didn't find anything.
