Replaced minage=* by min_age=* and maxage=* by max_age=*

Replaced _GNIS_ID_=* with gnis:feature_id=*, removed tags with empty value and combined the OSM-ways of streams and rivers if they consisted of many small OSM-ways.

Removed _LAYER_="Unknown Area Type" as it conveys no information. Afterwards fixed JOSM-warnings (mostly tags on outer and inner ways of multipolygon instead of the relation).

Deleted _Elevation_=0.00000000000 as this was used to specify an unknown elevation other _Elevation_=* tags were changed to an ele-tag with the same value. Also removed leading whitespace in values of _AreaSqKm_=* and tags with empty values.

Replaced keys with leading and trailing underscore in Haiti with the appropriate tags. Also corrected some boundary relations and added Wikipedia/Wikidata-tags to them.

Supplementary edit for http://osm.org/changeset/29521871 correcting the OSM-objects I overlooked yesterday.

Cleaned up tagging in Algeria. Many tags were duplicated by tags with same key and value, the key had just an additional underscore at the beginning and the end.

Cleaned up tagging in Ecuador (mostly tagging for the renderer).
