That's the approximate location of the peak mentioned in the note ca. 100m to the south-south-west.

I'm pretty sure the "Parasolspitz" is actually approx. 100m to the north-north-east:

At this location there is not even a local elevation or peak, while north of that path is a small but very prominently round little hill (larger than a mound, but very approachable).

The almost perfect sinusoidal roundness would indeed chime with the shape of the cap of the parasol mushroom, which could presumably be the namesake.

Dieser sogenannte ´Ho chi minh Pfad´ wird seit mehreren Jahren nicht mehr gepflegt. Offiziell war er früher zwar als verwachsener Pfad geplant, doch wurde seine Pflege vor über 10 Jahren eingestellt.

Er ist extrem stark verwachsen und kaum noch begehbar; so durch Verlaufen im Latschenfeld sehr gefährlich.
Ich empfehle nach gestriger Wanderung jenen als offiziellen Weg zu entfernen.
