There are works going on here. The existing car park has gone. Not sure about the play area. Looks like a new car park is being built as part of the bigger works at Charterhouse.

Is this Mill Yard? Is it a private road? Does it join up to the (obviously private) entrance to Dunchurch Hall a little further to the north?

There is a footpath sign here. The start of the path is not well defined but presumably heads north/NE. Needs a survey.
