Yes it's new, I traced it from Sentinel-2 but you can verify it's there on Google Maps too.

Why did you delete the lakes without retracing them? They are not incorrect, just crudely drawn.

If you make parallel ways in JOSM, use the parallel ways tool to keep the same distance between both roads even in bends.

This changeset and most of your other changesets in China also wrongly change motorways into trunk or primary roads. Did you visually check your edits? The difference between a primary road and a motorway should be very clear on imagery, and if you took the time to read the wiki page carefully, or look at the names (even where the name:en tag clearly said expressway, you changed some into other types), you wouldn't have made these mistakes.

I will try to revert the wrong changes. I hope you didn't make the same errors in other countries, because it can take some effort to clean it up.

I get that you are also trying to improve the map, but changing stuff without checking carefully can easily result in errors.
