A new GR122 route has been established in 2024, see https://www.groteroutepaden.be/nl/streek-gr-vlaamse-ardennen It deviates from the old one here.

There is however a daytrip on the same site https://www.groteroutepaden.be/nl/treinstapper-lierde-munkzwalm that still follows the "old" GR122 route.

I've contacted the groteroutepaden.be about this variation.

This road has a one way C02 sign here. The section leading up to it is also “uitgezonderd plaatselijk verkeer”.

Currently under construction for renovation of the point de vue. Didn't find any time period for the construction site.

Check when hiking season is open to see if construction is done.

This track section from the fork to the north to the view point is currently not maintained and almost unpassable.

Somebody should confirm, but it looks like this track was taken out of service this winter.
