I've reverted this edit because both maps.gov.ge and Yandex's Mirrows (https://yandex.com.ge/maps/-/CLw7nFyv) show that it's house number 57, not 80b. If you have any proof, please tell me about it.

In other words, move the Geogian name from alt_name to name, and English one from the name to name:en

Please don't use Bing imagery for clarifying geometry of any object. This imagery is very inaccurate in Georgia
