I changed it to pedestrian since cars are not allowed to drive through there. You're right that it's not only for pedestrians, but it's also not residential - highway=residential.

I think highway=pedestrian + a bicycle=yes tag, would be the best solution here.
What do you think?

I saw you wrote that there is a width restriction for vehicles, but then it looks like you blocked that segment completely with the gate (motor_vehicle=no).
Can you please clarify if it's possible to drive there or not? And it's possible, can you add the max width that is allowed?

Regarding the turn restriction - I had to refresh my memory to realize why I removed it. The restriction (only_straight_on) was defined from way/230192075 to way/183555228. I was mistaken to think that it is defined from 183555228 to 230191864, which would have created a non-justified dead-end due to construction works I was reported about in Queen Victoria Street.
Sorry for this mistake. I will put this TR back in place.

I split the ways since I got info about construction work in some parts of these streets. The original way included parts with construction and parts that weren't blocked and therefore I did the split. I did make sure that there were no turn restrictions that can be damaged by this change, but I missed the other relations. Thank you for fixing it.

As for the 1-ways changes I've made, they came from a field test.

I know, I wasn't completely sure about it, but in google maps this road doesn't exist anymore and in Street View it looked like there were some changes there.
