Drag option doesn't work

I cannot drag the map to the location of my choice. I have to enter the zip code but that doesn't give the precise location

The map very rarely let's you move it... doesn't respond to dragging

i cannot move my location?what should i do please help me to fix this.

Nu pot modifica țara sau un oraș intr-o alta tara decat romania in marketplace ....
Nici glisarea pe harta nu functioneaza !!

Nelze se marketplace pohybovat po mapě. (Tím je myšleno posunout mapu na danou oblast)
