Please, don't add layer=-1 for gas station's service road. -1 is literally underground or in the tunnel. If you want to satisfy validator, make separate building with station's office/store and a separate building=roof layer=1 for station's roof

Ну а удалять-то зачем? Вопрос в этом был. У нас в сообществе есть любители раскрасок для взрослых, на восток Абхазии посмотрите. К тому же, вы путаете "под застройку" и "осталась инфраструктура, но не используется/заброшена". Первое - greenfield, оно действительно бесполезно в большинстве случаев. А браунфилд указывает именно на заброшенные ныне территории. Заводы, военные части, например. Их в будущем могут ревитализировать, но сейчас это заброшенная территория

Данный тип землепользования не про расчистку как таковую. Вики указывает "[brownfield -] заброшенная территория, которая раньше использовалась, но больше не используется. Заброшенная земля может быть свободной или она может быть зарезервирована для будущей застройки" (osm.wiki/RU:Tag:landuse%3Dbrownfield)

А почему вы браунфилды удалили? Там сейчас зачистили территорию или все так же развалины, которые видно со спутника?

Why it does not exist? Official Tbilisi City Hall map shows this name as a part of big district "ვეძისი, ყაზბეგი, გოთუა, საბურთალო", it's a human-readable label. We need either to merge back all these names in one centroid, or you current way

And you removed the node, which point the centroid of the administrative district. Keep in mind, that we have our own hierarchy of places, and it can distinguish from the formal value of the tag
