Please, don't follow the satellite photos' geometry as a truth: most of these buildings have default square geometry. Just for information: due to the specific of the Earth surface and the orbit of satellites, final photos can have severe geometry alteration. For resolving this case, you need to make reverse alteration to restore correct form. This process names orthorectification. Georgian NAPR has orthorectified photos, but our community couldn't reach any representatives in the way of opening access for OSM. And, currently, the only one way to do it - do it yourself. You need a drone and a PC with a lot of RAM
