Walking trail not bike trail

I believe that one of these segments is not named properly. Maybe somebody with local knowledge can help me with this issue.

19th Street ends at River Avenue but the sidewalks do not. Please connect the following sidewalks:
--along north side of 19th Street, both east and west of intersection, to sidewalks along River Avenue.
--along south side of 19th Street west of intersection to sidewalk along west side of Michigan Avenue
--along south side of 19th Street east of intersection to sidewalk along east side of State Street

Is the name of the road actually "Walsh Drive" and not "Welsh" Drive? Can someone please confirm the same?
