Presque Isle Point, or more locally known as "The Black Rocks", is the rocky offshoot off the Northern shoreline of Presque Isle. This area is thought to be formed along side the formation of the Great Lakes during the last ice age. Today, the Sothern side of The Black Rocks is often used as an area for armature and professional cliff jumping.
