Finally, (sorry, wasn't expecting this many errors in a changeset) you drew the fairway on top of the green. Please fix that as well, thanks!

Also don't name holes "1", that should only be in ref, not name

Hi,

Please don't delete and recreate things like bunkers, simply adjust the nodes to where they should be. That way you aren't deleting other people's work

Hi,

way/1085395873 is overlapping the green. Please fix this, thanks!

Hi,

Why did you delete this, it's still present in all imagery?

Hi,

way/1033104012 looks like it's going through someone's backyard, are you sure that's not supposed to be a private path?

Hi,

This changeset created way/1084971079, which completely overlapped way/866171030. I've removed it, please make sure to double-check you aren't duplicating areas before uploading, thanks!

Hi,

Are you sure you meant to put lanes=1? It's a two-way road, so there should be at least 1 lane per side

Hi,

Please don't name a clubhouse "Clubhouse" if you don't know the actual name. You need to tag it appropriately with golf=clubhouse

Hi,

Please see turn=*#How_to_map for instructions on how to correctly tag turn lanes. Thanks!

Hi,

A search for "Marlette Heights, MI" doesn't show any results. Could you give a source for your changes please?

Are you saying that cycling is not allowed on these sidewalks? The wiki page you linked states that bicycle=yes should be added where it is legal to cycle on sidewalks.

No problem, thanks for mapping!

Hi,

On way/1083871428 you added a cycleway but did not connect it to all the roads that it crossed. The editor warns you when saving, in the future please be sure to fix those warnings before saving. Thanks!

Hi,

On way/1080369819 you created a road with the name Unknown. Please don't name roads if you don't actually know the name, it's confusing to everyone else. It's okay to leave the name field blank if you don't know, and it allows other people to fill in the name later. Thanks!

Hi,

On node/6996249764 you added noexit=yes, but that is not a correct tag since there are multiple ways connecting to it. noexit=yes is only for nodes with one way connected to them. I've fixed it for you, but please keep that in mind when mapping in the future. Thanks!

I did it in changeset/124499439, i had to split the way because the center turn lane eventually became a left turn lane, but center turn lanes are just `lanes:both_ways=1` and `turn:lanes:both_ways=left`

The effect is that it no longer matches the real world. By putting foot=yes and bicycle=yes, youre saying that foot and bicycle traffic have equal rights to the sidewalk, but thats not true in Michigan law (MCL 257.660c) which states that cyclists must yield right of way to pedestrians on sidewalks. And the way to show that in OSM is to keep the default/implied foot=designated (showing pedestrians always have right of way over everything else) and bicycle=yes (showing bicycles can legally ride but do not have right of way). The michigan wiki page also sets the standard of not putting foot=yes on sidewalks (see osm.wiki/Michigan#Sidewalks_/_Footways for the standardized tagging scheme)

So yeah, as boring as it sounds, this stuff does matter if we're going to build an accurate map, and we need to do it correctly

Yeah, i was the one that started that debate, so i figured you just missed a couple :) thanks for cleaning it up
