| 151071243 | over 1 year ago | Hey there, Just as a heads up, the tag "addr:state" needs the 2 letter state code, not the full state name (addr:state=*)
Happy mapping! |
| 153623594 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Thanks for the edits! A couple of things I want to point out:
- For edits like way/1299510105, you can remove all the tiger: tags as well, those are left over from an import and aren't needed anymore Hope this helps, thanks again for mapping around town! |
| 152866399 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Just double-checking that you meant to add direction=clockwise, since that is the opposite of a normal mini roundabout in right-hand drive countries |
| 153407878 | over 1 year ago | Yeah, the wiki page (osm.wiki/Land_use) is probably the best explainer, but landuse=residential is basically "this area is primarily a residential area" > Should every parcel on the map have a =landuse tag? Should they be separated by neighborhood? There definitely shouldn't be a separate landuse per parcel, some people try to do one landuse area for each neighborhood, others go based off aerial imagery. > that residential area includes parts of two different neighborhoods and a large commercial area. It also excludes the nearby non-profit low income housing and seems to be segregating by race. I highly doubt the segregation was intentional, that would be a strange thing to intentionally do. The best thing to do in that case is to modify the landuse to exclude the commercial area and include the nearby low income area. |
| 153357314 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, You added turn:lanes:both_ways = 1 to way/1297601568 Could you please fix this? Thanks! |
| 153435121 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Some of these roads now have turn:lanes values that don't match the number of lanes specified in the lanes tag: way/402732241
Could you please fix this? Thanks! |
| 153419858 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, You have lanes:backward and lanes:forward on a oneway street here: way/1298152116 Could you double check and fix that? Thanks! |
| 153432530 | over 1 year ago | Alright, should be good now, feel free to adjust the gate positioning if needed. Also, from streetside imagery, it looks like depot and Grand Trunk are connected, if that's changed recently then make sure to delete only that part of the road Thanks! |
| 153432530 | over 1 year ago | No problem! I can undo the deletion and fix it up |
| 153432530 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Did you mean to delete this road? Even if it's private property, if it exists it should be mapped, just with different tags |
| 153407878 | over 1 year ago | Right, but for example, https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/way/1280980565 was mostly covering a residential area. If you needed to change it a bit, that's fine, but there was no reason to delete it completely |
| 153407878 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Why did you delete the residential landuses? |
| 153320308 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, Could you please fix the opening_hours to be conforming to the syntax shown in opening_hours=*? Thanks! |
| 153312322 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, You created way/1297191048 with no tags, could you please go back and tag it? Thanks! |
| 153306970 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, You added way/1297157334 with no tags, could you go back and tag it? Thanks! |
| 153312428 | over 1 year ago | HI there, I'm not sure you intended for this to be a lock gate (what boats use waterway=lock%20gate?uselang=en) node/12018631871. You probably wanted barrier=gate + locked=yes, or something similar |
| 153137517 | over 1 year ago | thanks! |
| 153019817 | over 1 year ago | Are you really sure that's the name of the store? Or did you copy it from a source you probably aren't allowed to use? |
| 153266189 | over 1 year ago | Hi there, for node/12015665796, please don't duplicate information like phone number, email, and website. choose either the unprefixed ones or the contact: prefix ones and delete the others. Also, unless customers can enter the building 24/7, then it shouldn't be tagged as open 24/7, it should probably just be "by appointment only". Also, "payment:" keys need to have a value of yes, no, only, or an opening hours syntax, a value of "1" is not valid. "building:colour" needs to be semicolon delimited if there are multiple values. and "suite" needs to be "addr:unit" |
