Designated ROW crosses through field and adjacent track is used permissively instead. Modifying based on https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/7475/uk-footpaths-designated-and-de-facto-routes

Tidying up various ways. Mostly power lines. Added a farmhouse to a farm setup and its corresponding farmyard. Added some missing racks in rough - bridges etc. need to be defined
