Created a few buildings. Made a parking lot between them and updated outdated tags

Updated a few outdated tags. Removed a feature that had parking inside of parking. Fixed some tagging that was calling out a town hall when it is county government buildings. Changed some tags that said service road when it was actually a parking aisle.

Made several changes to the south side of Cranford. Added several buildings, and updated shapes of existing buildings and parking lots. Added ~10 points for businesses. Tested out what adding 4 tree points will display like on the map.
