Updated a fast_food

Add bike parking spot capacity.

Revert my last edit, thus removing the sidewalk again. I didn't realize that it was already included in the main road and there doesn't seem to be much value in adding it separately

Add missing sidewalk to "Saalbahnhofstraße" and clean up the street in the process.
