Maybrook is a dead end and does not connect to Courtney here. This is a new construction townhome development. On the right side (east) of Maybrook, there should be addresses listed from top to bottom 14000, 14002, 14004, 14006, 14008. Just behind those addresses (west of Lindon) there are townhomes with the addresses of 14001, 14003, 14005, 14007, 14009.
