Hi ,
I have modified road class to footpath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of barrier type, I added generic barrier. If you have knowledge regarding barrier at this place, please go ahead tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make edits.

Changed the tag of White bridge to road closure due to storm damage ( source : https://www.inyourarea.co.uk/notices/Traffic/TEMPORARY-CLOSURE-ORDER-2020/6dc25e9b-f56c-44f0-b676-588116fa2054 ). From internal driver feedback and source , road closure is for 18 months and more . So please revert this changes once road closure is done.
