this street is currently being demolished, the pavement is already gone in most places and it is blocked for traffic since half a year. the authorities' plan is to remove it entirely to make room for houses (confirm via local newspaper). the Bundesstraße was moved about 500m to the train tracks in the East. Wilhelmsburger Reichsstraße should no longer be marked as a road in OSM.
