Murphy's Vault (8 St Peter's Buildings) has permanently closed (it moved to Galashiels: https://www.murphysvault.com/pages/about-us ). There is no current tenant.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Mor Bakery opening here with street frontage. Signage in place but not open

Has Flip Supply closed here? The website says the store is at 88 Hanover Street.

There is a bridge here under the tram route here. You can see the entrance from the water of Leith walkway. Not sure how far the bridge extends under the railway track. Looking at old maps it used to extend through to Damhead.
