Buttermilk trail turns into buttermilk heights when it crosses the service road. Also added an additional split in what's now buttermilk trail to allow styling a through route that takes the ford.

Added Golden Trout Dr & Caddis Trail and edited the Creek so it's more accurate and doesn't incorrectly intersect roads
