| 157850924 | about 1 year ago | yep that's right. It seems that he just wants to find a way or a reason to see this revert of massive automated low-quality translations (of places which don't have any connections to this language) as a example to justify the removal of Russian language from Lithuania, no matter that it's there for real historical reasons. All the while it's obvious by messages that it's motivated strictly by political reasons, just like what avinet user has done on much bigger scale and was blocked. So I don't know what is "done" there, but yep. |
| 157949366 | about 1 year ago | hola again amigo!
osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments thanks! |
| 157850924 | about 1 year ago | hm, what is it, another russophobe from Baltics? where did you even come from to this thread and why? mr Thomas asked to, I suppose? interesting :D |
| 153858617 | about 1 year ago | It's like reading a comments from a teenager. Making a beer (!) and T-shirts with a anti-Russian phrase is serious business, even our government events use it, watch out! Oh, wait, it makes you feel good but changes nothing in the course of things in the real world, a pity. |
| 157850924 | about 1 year ago | ohh, so this is what it's about XD.
And which German "names" are you talking about? You really did now make an argument comparing territories which were temporarily occupied by Germany during active war and them taken back and no German people were left with the case of Baltic states, which were literally parts of USSR for half a century (and I can see from the point of view saying it was an occupation) and where in some countries like 1/3 of the population were Russian? Wow. As I've said, sad to see. And for "No label on the ground - no tag in OSM." - it's for community to decide what to do with Russian language in Baltic states if it's not on the ground but in the history (hard to deny, I afraid), not you alone. Well.. if you don't want to get another block in addition to that one from that gatekeeping of Lithuania of yours, of course ;) But overall, after those sudden political attacks, don't see the value of continuing that discussion. |
| 157850924 | about 1 year ago | It seems you just decided to just see it as a precedent like this, but it is not actually related. You left the first step of of logic here. It's not the case of following "on ground" rules suddenly on something which was added long time ago normally for some reasons, espeeeecially if another country did in fact control another and language of this 1st country was indeed used in 2nd (so it's not correct to say armies and all this is irrespective). It's a revert of recent unverifiable massive mechanical edits with no verification (and all know it's done for political reasons too) - which is not allowed to do, user was banned for this, and created several alts to revert the reverts of those changes. If you suddenly decided to mechanically translate all the names of all lakes, rivers, shops, military objects, clinics (just a sample of what this user did) - in Spain to German language, just as an example - you would be surprised to see all of this reverted and would also say it's an important PRECEDENT of following "on ground rule" strictly or what? :) |
| 157850924 | about 1 year ago | were they also added massively and mechanically for political reasons without any discussion of proofs, using some kind of translator? or were they added because of history between Russia/Baltic states, where Russian language was indeed used there? It's obviously more like a rhetorical question, so what's you point here? :) |
| 151654999 | about 1 year ago | сорямба!) |

| 135493955 | about 1 year ago | why did you map umbrellas on the beach separately, and as buildings?... way/1167309149. its obviously useless, at least because they are not permanent structures will remove them |
| 157424500 | about 1 year ago | и можете плиз писать что именно изменили, комменты как add details не оч можно по идее писать) (osm.wiki/RU:Good_changeset_comments) фэнькс!) |
| 157108843 | about 1 year ago | добрый день, а подскажите, а где именно тут tree row который вы замапили (way/1318294309)? выглядит ведь со спутника как просто насаждение деревьев хаотичное, где же там ряды..? внизу их вообще нет где вы поставили) |
| 134454790 | over 1 year ago | здравствуйте, наткнулся - а почему вы добавили к Ошскому рынку description.. на немецком языке?) |
| 153813075 | over 1 year ago | sure, thank you! :) |
| 153813075 | over 1 year ago | thx for contributing! just to mention, noticed you mapped this place - way/1300683550, it's just a small zone with a lot of trees and more like a forest and should be tagged as "natural wood", not a scrub :) and pls write something meaningful to changeset comments, to out it bluntly - it's against the rules of OSM to write meaningless comments like "Minor improvements and new additions", it should say what exactly was changed - osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments thanks! :) |
