This street is closed for construction and has been for months with no apparent progress

14th street ends at Naomi. Access is gated west of Naomi and part of the LAUSD facility

This route is not accessible to the public. I tried walking through the southern section during weekday business hours and was instructed by a security guard I was not able to pass through. There is a locked door in the middle of this section.

This is not really steps or a path, but a building hosting the elevators for the Pershing Square station
