Значительная часть устья реки Нижний Выг и реки Сорока замаплены как часть Белого моря. Всё это должно быть natural=water water=river

These structures are not sun shelters and not building=roof. Actually they don't have a roof and don't protect against the sun even (maybe 5-10% as there are some bars above the head).
Basically they're decorative structures, IDK which tag could be suitable to describe them...

Also WiFi hotspots are not working there for a long time.

Looks like all pedestrian paths around are mistagged as highway=cycleway.
