Manually checked and aligned odd (slightly outside the OSM building boundary when comparing to the official dataset (CC0) housenumbers manually. See also https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/83439186

Removed is_in:city from a couple of buildings. (Boundaries and addr:* take care of this). These are the only occurrences in Luxembourg

Standardize address tagging schema in Luxembourg: removing "addr:county", this tag is only used in Olm for a few buildings

Mechanical Edit! Identify buildings with concat. house numbers (eg. a single building with addr:housenumber="5,7,9") and compare to official dataset (CC0). If the unconcat. addr nodes exist, replace them. (eg. 3 nodes, one for 5, 7, and 9, respectively).
