New house built on new access lane

Footpath is currently closed due to a landslip and a local resident suggested that may remain so until at least 2015. I've tagged access=no for now and opened this note for monitoring/reminding.

Some of the roads around here are defined with 3 lanes. That does not agree with the example in wiki.
