Dear GBAB, what you call "changing the tag crossing to crossing_ref", effectively means removing the crossing tag. There is no reason to do this, you can add crossing_ref tags to crossings without removing the "crossing" tag.

You have done nothing from this list of requirements, you did not document nor discuss you plans, you simply did it.

I am not interested in discussing usage for the tags, as crossing=zebra still has half a million of instances, and the meaning of crossing=zebra is uncontested, but if we wanted to speak about usage I would emphasize that "crossing" has 6.6 million uses while "crossing_ref" only has 1 million, so if we only could have one tag to describe the kind of crossing, we would probably have to deprecate crossing_ref and retag it to crossing. On the other hand, the tag "crossing_ref" according to the wiki docs does not have a clear documentation, there is a disclaimer on top of the wiki page stating "This article or section contains questionable, contentious or controversial information."

Altre due cose: le highway non dovrebbero praticamente mai essere conesse con i landuse (foreste ecc.) e tantomeno con i confini amministrativi. Non devi fissare i problemi di questo edit perché l'ho già fatto (ti scrivo solo per spiegare cosa ho notato).
Un altro tema ancora sono le restrizioni di accesso sulla ex strada militare. Ho cambiato "motor_vehicle=permit" in motor_vehicle=private, perché "permit" significa che si tratta di una formalità (è necessario un permesso/una registrazione, ma tutti lo possono ottenere senza problemi, è una formalità), contrario a "private" il che significa che il permesso non è generalmente ottenibile. Spero di aver colto bene la situazione di questa strada.

Hi Luca, I just noticed you added a hiking trail based on the geoportal, but you totally missed to integrate it with the existing data. At some place, the path (IMHO it could be a track, based on the shape and amount of traffic on Strava) you added, crosses an existing track without connection (your editor should have warned you about this), and at another place, the path passes at 2 meters a track, without a connection, this is very, very unlikely. Please be aware that one cannot simply take the data from the Regione and import it without integration.

In questo changeset è stato introdotto la way/921603750 con la classe "living_street", lo trovo improbabile, forse si tratta di una residential? service=alley? footway? "layer=-1" da solo non è sufficiente, sarebbero da indicare le situazioni dove si passa sotto una casa con tunnel=building=passage.

Ciao Ivan, ho notato che hai aggiunto "brand:wikipedia" con valore "en:Lidl" al Lidl di Ovada, ma non mi risulta tratti di questo Lidl, perché l'articolo tratta di "Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG". Ha veramente senso aggiungere un riferimento del brand a wikipedia (oltre ai 2 tag già esistenti, "brand" e "brand:wikidata")? Dove c'è il limite (quando un brand è lo stesso e quando no, se ci sono leggere differenze)?

Mikrobrauerei ist nicht klar definiert, könnte hier passen oder nicht. Brauereigasthof ist mit craft=brewer angedeutet, allerdings fehlt der Hotelanteil bisher glaube ich noch.
„Fabrik“ ist auch nicht unbedingt ein Riesending, Produktionsstätten gibt es auch kleinere, man_made=works ist nicht nur „Fabrik“
