Found the changeset that deleted one of them: changeset/164533955

This is at least the third time you have added the Powhite Parkway extension after it has been deleted by another user. Please discuss with the user instead of just adding it back. (for what it's worth I support it being on the map with the tag proposed:highway=motorway since the project is already mostly approved)

Why did you make Reynoldsville and Covert (both tiny and not even counted by the census) villages, but Interlaken (population 450, more than large enough for place=village) a Hamlet? This edit seems quite inconsistent with what criteria it uses.
