While driving over the B327 this road seemed to be closed. I'm not sure if it's completely closed or not, and am not nearby enough to check.

It is a passage through the grass patch that divides the road into two lanes. It can be used to get from the larger road into the smaller roads on either side, or to get from the smaller roads to the correct side of the larger road.
