The road Zichyho from this point to the south is a dirt road, not paved. To the north - all the streets are paved with asphalt (Žitvayova, Gránerova, Grubičova). At this point the road is permanently blocked by concrete blocks so the cars cannot pass through it. This change was done to protect the residential area from passing car traffic.
