As of yesterday, building appears to have been demolished. (It was still standing about 12 or 13 days ago.)

This all appears to be a construction site now, although the building adjacent to San Antonio is still standing as of last weekend (although appears unoccupied and ready for demolition).

The planned parenthood and the dentist are no longer in this building, which appears prepared for demolition. While they may have moved, I don't know to where, so I'm deleting the nodes.
