Correct 55/45 speed limit boundary; the 45mph sign is under the tree overhanging the shoulder, based on driving past earlier today.

Better align the southwestern part of the overpass to DigitalGlobe Premium imagery in which it was under construction. (Northeast part isn't clear enough at that stage of construction.)

Add note to avoid removal based on older imagery.

Overpass opens tomorrow morning per http://www.ci.east-palo-alto.ca.us/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=217 ; remove the construction tagging a few hours in advance.

Remove paths that did not exist when I tried to take them yesterday. (I think there was some mapping confusion between the east sidewalk of East Drive (fully mapped) and the west sidewalk of Fifth Avenue (very sparsely mapped).)
